The drug is not used in a mixture with other means of plant protection. In contact with water, the drug can cause spontaneous combustion.
Mechanism of action.

Selfos is a fumigant with insecticidal and rodenticidal action. As a result of contact of the drug with atmospheric air, a chemical reaction of aluminum phosphide with moisture contained in the air occurs. As a result, the drug decomposes with the release of colorless phosphine gas, carbon dioxide, and ammonia.
Phosphine gas causes paralysis of the pest's nervous system, as a result of which metabolic processes are disrupted and the supply of oxygen to the body is blocked, which contributes to its death.

Fumigation by placing tablets in the grain, at a temperature of 5-10 °C - exposure for 10 days, 11-15 °C - 7 days, 16-20 °C - 6 days, above 26 °C - 4 days
Pills are injected into the grain stored in bulk using special probes. When processing agricultural products, tablets of the drug are placed on pallets. During fumigation, the drug is placed on the floor, surface of grain, between bags with seeds, products, taking into account the total consumption, calculated for the entire volume of the room, both loaded and free from products.
